A. Just contact me and let me know what your interest is. I have been writing cowboy poetry for years and have thousands of subjects that I can write about. If I don't have what you are looking for, but have enough interest expressed in something particular, I may venture into that area. Or you can commission me on assignment and I’ll perform live at your event!

Q. Are individual, custom cowboy poems available for sale?

A. Poems suitable for framing are available. Custom pricing is negotiated based on need and my availability. Call or e-mail us your request along with your specifications and we will contact you to negotiate a fee.

Q. I collect exclusive or limited edition works of art. Do you offer any?

A. Yes we do. We provide limited edition signed books. Please check the merchandise section for more details.

Q. If I am not satisfied, what can I do?

A. Call us at 702.942.2127 and we will give you instructions on returning the merchandise. We absolutely guaranty your satisfaction Customer Care Team and they will take care of you.

POLICIES

Return & Refund Policy

In the unlikely event you are not fully satisfied or if an item arrives damaged, you may return purchased work within ten (10) calendar days of receipt. Please contact our Customer Care team by either calling 702.942.2127 or e-mailing us at info@cowboy-poetry-books.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

We ask that the returned item be shipped back in the original packing materials and container, costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or altered. Please print the RMA in the lower left hand corner of the package. No merchandise will be accepted without the RMA printed on the outside of the package. You can expect a refund (less a handling and/or restocking fee) in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of the return.

Shipping and Handling

All Frivolous Cowboy Poetry merchandise is professionally packaged for shipping to both domestic and international destinations. Standard Shipping and Handling charges for shipments within the United States cost $2.00. All Shipping and Handling charges are per first item purchased and includes insurance and damage protection. An additional charge of $1.00 applies to all additional purchases on the original order. Nevada State law requires a state sales tax of $.0725 % on purchases shipped to locations within Nevada.

International Orders

To make a purchase from outside the U.S. or to ship outside the U.S., please complete your order online. A standard shipping charge of $15.00 ($2.00 Standard Shipping Fee plus $13.00 International Shipping Fee) is applied to all International orders unless the destination country is Canada, which is $8.00. All international shipping and handling, carry tariff and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once you have decided which items that you wish to purchase on the "Order Now" button on the merchandise page. Your choice will be added to the order form. Please review the items and any special information that may appear. Once you have filled out the order form in its entirety, press send and you will receive a auto response email with a form to provide your credit card information. You can either send a check or fax your credit card information to 702.474.7589.

You may pay for your purchase using the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, diner’s Club, Check or Money Order. Please make certain that all of your information is correct and review the information at the top of the order form page prior to processing your order. All information on this page, including name, address, item specifications, shipping charges and appropriate sales tax will be sent to your email address as a receipt. If you notice any errors later when you receive your email receipt please contact us immediately so we can make the corrections prior to shipping your order.
